PlotIQ Privacy Policy

PlotIQ is an unofficial land-record lookup app. It is not affiliated with the Government of Odisha or any land-records department. Official portals remain the authoritative source for land-record data.
Information We Process
PlotIQ processes search inputs such as district, tahasil, village, khatiyan, plot number, tenant name and plot unique ID only to fetch land-record results. If you use the location feature, the app requests your current location after you choose that option and sends latitude, longitude and accuracy to the PlotIQ API to identify nearby land-record data.
How Information Is Used
Information is used to request public land-record data from official Odisha land-record portals and return results in the app. PlotIQ does not require an account and does not sell personal information.
Data Sources
Land records and maps are fetched from official public portals including Bhulekh Odisha, BhuNaksha Odisha and Odisha 4K Geo. Official portals remain the authoritative source for land-record data.
Storage
The app may store recent place selections locally on your device or browser to make repeat searches easier. The backend may keep operational logs and cache public location/dropdown data to improve reliability and reduce load on official portals.
Third-Party Services
PlotIQ may connect to hosting, API, analytics or diagnostic services needed to operate and maintain the app. These services are used only for app operation, support, reliability and abuse prevention.
Children's Privacy
PlotIQ is intended for general land-record lookup use and is not directed to children. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
